Why events like Society of Tissue Viability Conference matter

This week, we joined hundreds of clinicians, nurses and healthcare innovators at the Society of Tissue Viability Conference in Bradford – and what a brilliant event it has been.

From the moment the doors opened, we were immersed in conversations that matter: how to improve wound care, how to support patients living with lymphoedema and lipoedema, and how to make the NHS more sustainable through smarter prescribing and compassionate service.

At Patient Choice, we don’t just talk about compression care – we live it. And events like #SOTV2025 give us the chance to share how we do it: with empathy, with clinical precision and with a deep respect for the people we serve.

Why it matters

For nurses, it’s a space to learn, connect and discover new tools that make their work easier and more impactful. For patients, it’s a reminder that there’s a whole community working behind the scenes to improve their care. And for us, it’s a chance to listen, learn and keep raising the bar.

We’re proud to be part of a movement that’s solving skin and wound challenges together. And we can’t wait to see what tomorrow brings.
