Know your rights as an NHS patient
When you become a registered patient for home delivery of prescriptions with Patient Choice, we send you a welcome pack. The pack contains useful information about our service – from practice information (such as how we handle delivery, patient records, repeat dispensing and prescription payments) to safeguarding.
There is also information about your rights as an NHS patient. Your rights may be different, depending on your location in the United Kingdom. We have created a summary of those rights in the four documents below.
